I wouldn't say that our installation was "smooth sailing" however the guys at NetZero were very accommodating and did everything they could to smooth out the process. In the end we are very happy and would recommend them. We had an issue arise 2 months after completion. Jason was quick to offer help and it was much appreciated.

My experience with NetZero Solar was excellent, I had done a lot of due diligence on all the different solar companies and ended up working with Jason from NetZero on designing the most optimal Solar System for my house, I had discussed and inquired about many different factors (Size, Placement, Battery Integration, etc.) in which he answered and provided options for all of them. He oversaw the project from start to finish and really appreciated his candidness and effort in the project. The installation team who came out were very polite and professional with Brandon going above and beyond ensuring all electrical specifications were handled and properly implemented, and then following up after the project to provide updates and information as needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to look into anything Solar, Battery, or Electrical. Thanks again for all your hard work Jason and Brandon!

I would just like to share my experience. We decided to install a solar system with net-zero solar, base on the fact they could install a system without using anchors on my flat roof. So we pay our deposit at the end of Jan 2025 and were sent a email stating we would hear from the install team within a week to set up a install date. That never actually happened the whole time we dealt with them. Instead we received text messages about supply chains due to tariffs. If we knew that prior to deposit we would not have made it. We were strung along until April when I started inquiring about returning my deposit and they informed me they no longer could get the solar panels or the mounting system they promised in my contract. So they informed me about a new system that needed anchors (I didn’t want) and it needed to be signed off by a structural engineer. I got this checked out and my roof was not capable to support the weight. So I cancelled my install at this point (May 2025). I expect to receive my full refund as they did not honour our contract and a structural engineer advised against the install of the modified system ( I never agreed to). They informed me they were NOT going to refund $1000 for a set up fee. Watch out they can change whatever they want and you just have to do what they say unless you want to loss a $1000 too Hope this helps the next person!!!

We are so happy with the care and service received by everyone at Net Zero!! Over a very rainy weekend, we found water was coming into our house from the attic during our home renovation. Solar Panels had been installed several months before, but we had no idea where the leak was coming from. After a call to Net Zero, Kyrle sent someone out to have a look. The end result was NOT a solar panel connection issue, however Santy and Vicente went above and beyond to solve the roof issue preventing further water from entering the home over the weekend. They recognized the immediate need to solve the issue and they just did it. Santy took his time to investigate the issue, to clearly explain what the issue was and then to quickly and effectively fix the issue. We are forever grateful for their kindness in exceeding expectations and jumping in to solve the issue. Thank you so much!!

Netzero did a fantastic job on my solar array. The communication was great, the staff were respectfull, safety orientated, and very pleasant to deal with. I was very happy with final product, and would recommend netzero to friends and family.

My system had a design flaw which caused about 1/3 of it to trip out regularly. NZ figured out the issue came back and replaced the whole rooftop wiring. Full marks for being accountable and doing what needed to be done; exactly what you want from any contractor! They stand by their work. Thank you NZ

Fantastic! We are thrilled with the work done by the NetZero team to get our solar panels installed. Within minutes of asking for a quote Jozef got back to us and we started planning out ideas on how to optimize our roof. We got quotes from other companies but they were neither as comprehensive or cost competitive. Once the project started Santy was amazing and the project completed quickly. We were very happy with our experience with NetZero Solar. We had 24 solar panels installed initially. We had them back to add to the system and to install an EV car charger. Kyrle, Jake and their team were professional, reliable, tidy and knowledgeable. We had a minor issue arise with system expansion and they promptly resolved the problem. We love our solar panels and would highly recommend NetZero Solar.

I highly recommend NetZero Solar to do your solar project. They were very detail orientated and attended to all our questions and concerns prior to install and were quick to amend the install when we discovered the garage roof was better solar option then our house roof. This install was not without problems, 1 solar panel was faulty and was replaced quickly when it was discovered. Overall the experience has been very informative and positive. I highly recommend you contact NetZero Solar when investigating Solar. Our installer was Kyrle Symons and he was very detail orientated and provided updates as the job progressed keeping us informed on the status. I am very happy customer and have had a negative electricity bill for the last 2 months.

Before I provide details of my experience, is there anyway to give 6 stars out of 5??? Okay, I gave this over a year from install before commenting, so I am confident of my opinion. My solar panel install included 23 panels distributed between my house and a detached garage, as well as a replacement of my breaker panel. Oh and there was also the selection and install of our EV charger. The NetZero crew was professional and efficient. As for the panels, great performance and no related issues that I worried might happen like wind noise or possible leaks. In fact, ZERO problems, nothing at all. My sincere thanks to the NetZero crew and Kyrle the owner. Worth noting that I have had a few follow on questions 1+ years on and the NetZero crew was ready to patiently answer my questions. Great product. Great install. Great service.

Kyrle and his team from Prisym Renewable Developments were very knowledgeable, professional, hardworking, and courteous, from the initial proposal phase to the final completion of installation. They maintained their schedule in difficult situations (through the December windstorm!) as well as the budget. Our installation, 8.4kw, is somewhat unconventional as the solar panels are mounted on a garage rather than the house to achieve better orientation to the sun's cycle. We are very pleased with the system and the app which allows constant, easy monitoring of performance. It is producing well. We highly recommend Prisym.

Sometimes you meet someone or a business where everything just seems to go smoothly. Kyrle Symons (pronounced "Curl") and Netzero fit that bill perfectly. From the quotation, site visit, installation, followup - all went great. We have an 11,000 KWh roof system that started producing power on June 16. It is designed to supply 100% of our power needs - hence "netzero". Kyrle is a smart, detail-oriented solar professional, and I highly recommend him.
